ISO 2014 certification

One of the most important prerequisites for a well-functioning company is a highly effective quality management system. Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 by TÜV Rheinland was therefore the next important business decision. We rose to this challenge and, as a first step, mapped out our work processes. We are very proud to have passed this test as well. Important activities resulting from this, such as employee and customer surveys, provide us with regular important ideas and suggestions for further improvements and optimisations.
