Cast off!
Due to changing locations and working hours, there is rarely an opportunity to meet in person. True to the motto “All in the same boat”, since 2011 all per4medis employees have been invited at least twice a year to celebrate together and discuss all important and less important topics. We look back with great pride on the many wonderful and unforgettable moments we have experienced together with our colleagues.
Success pays off
per4med GmbH is one of the few companies in the personnel services industry that allows all employees to share equally in the company’s success. Depending on the company’s profits, a profit-sharing bonus has been paid out since 2011 in addition to the standard benefits offered in the industry. Here, too, we are among the pioneers in the industry and hope that other companies will follow our example in the future.
