Fixed salary according to GVP/DBG tariff

Attractive fixed salary in accordance with the BAP collective agreement with above-average bonuses and tax-free social benefits such as travel tickets, meal allowances and capital-forming benefits.

Preferred duty roster

Your personal preferences are taken into account in our duty scheduling. You will receive your preferred monthly duty roster in advance, in which you can enter your preferred duties and free time.

Permanent employment contract

Our employment contracts are permanent, full-time or part-time, and include remuneration for guaranteed hours. * Does not apply to mini-jobs

Premiums

Have we convinced you as an employer and team? Then please recommend us to others. For the successful placement of certified specialists on a full-time or part-time basis, you will receive a €400 bonus from us.

Flexible working time models

In order to accommodate the personal preferences of each individual applicant, we offer the following working time models: Full-time | Part-time | Working student | Mini-job These can also be changed individually and at short notice.

Further development

We are happy to support you in your personal development and will cover the costs of up to two courses per year from the Wannsee Academy’s annual programme. This offer also applies to other educational institutions in Berlin and Brandenburg. Two training courses per year for employees subject to social security contributions (full-time/part-time), one training course per year for mini-jobbers.

Profit sharing

If the annual financial statements are positive, the company’s profits are distributed to all per4med colleagues employed at the time of payment. In the past, an average of €0.80 per hour worked has been paid out.

30 days' holiday

To ensure more time off for full-time and part-time employees, we are increasing your statutory holiday entitlement to 30 days.

Personal contact person

Personal support from an experienced and reliable team, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We are your point of contact for any questions or challenges you may have.

Christmas and holiday pay

Twice a year, after completing your probationary period, you will receive special annual payments. The amount depends on your working time model (full-time, part-time, working student, mini-job).

Sabbatical

Upon request, longer special leave is granted to make your holiday planning more flexible and to enable you to visit more distant destinations for longer periods of time.

Career starters

Gain professional experience as a career starter immediately after completing your training or during your studies.

Tax-free allowances

In addition to your remuneration, you will receive the following tax-free allowances:
