Following on from 2014 and 2016, we wanted to ask our colleagues again this year whether they had noticed any improvements since the first two surveys. The results were once again very positive, and we saw further improvement in most of the questions we asked. We continue to view this positive feedback as an incentive for further improvements, which we have received from a variety of suggestions and comments.
