per4med launches again with a profit-sharing scheme

per4med GmbH will continue to pay a profit-sharing bonus in 2016, allowing all employees to share in the company’s profits. Each colleague will receive an additional €0.60 for every hour worked in 2015. Example: For 1,000 hours worked, this amounts to €600 gross in addition to the usual above-tariff payments in the personnel services industry.
