per4med pays out profit sharing again

One of our recipes for success… #Profit sharing. At the beginning of 2018, we will once again be paying out profit sharing, allowing all employees to share in the company’s profits. For every hour worked in 2017, each colleague will receive an additional €0.80 on their payslip. Based on approximately 1,500 working hours per year, this amounts to €1,200 gross in addition to the usual above-tariff payments.
